We should have looked at all of those Better Business Bureau complaints in Florida (they have an F rating) before we bought these air conditioners. But the company seemed to have a good online presence. Buying these Klimaire units was a big mistake. We bought 7 of this indoor units. This company does not support their products, and they try to blame the consumer when problems come up. We went through an exhausting and very expensive diagnosis of our failed air conditioners; Kilimaire eventually realized that the problem was that their product had failed in each case. That is a %100 failure rate!!! They claim no responsibility for failure even when they diagnose their own faults. AND they wasted thousands of dollars of our technician's time. Even asked us to wire transfer $2500 into their bank account before they would begin talking about the potential problems. . . "just to protect them" Sounded like BS and we should...
